SixthFactor has launched BrandIQ, a platform built to track brand perception across digital channels in real time, changing how companies keep tabs on consumer sentiment.

Developed by its AI division, TheSixth.AI, the platform pulls together multiple data sources to give businesses a single view of brand awareness, trust and perception. It tracks brand signals across four areas, visibility in AI-generated responses, search performance, social media conversations and consumer reviews.

BrandIQ also monitors brand presence across major AI systems including ChatGPT, Google Gemini and Perplexity AI, while analysing search rankings, social narratives and review-based sentiment to give businesses a current picture of how their brand is performing online.

The company said BrandIQ moves away from periodic brand tracking by focusing on continuous monitoring, combining data processing with human analysis and category-specific frameworks to turn signals into actionable insights.
